The room was spacious and clean. The view was exceptional and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Very cute little hotel in the heart of the Lavaux region. We were staying here for a wedding and got a comfortable family room for a family of 4. Service was very warm and friendly. Breakfast and brunch by the lake shore was amazing.

New cook apparently, so we gave it a try. The previous owner was a catastrophe. We ordered salad nicoise, the burger and the tuna ceviche. The salad was ok, until we discovered a very large dead fly, wrapped in a salad leaf. You could see the salad was not fresh and since it was Monday, I guess the salad was bought Saturday or Friday. The burger was good. The ceviche was ok, the marinade had little taste or was very discrete in its taste, but ok. The waiter told us we don’t need to pay the salad, which I believe is a no brained and totally obvious. He also wanted to give us 2 coffees for feee to say sorry. After lunch, another waiter brought us the coffees and put the bill on the table. But we left after telling him this was supposed to be an invite. The guys were trying to do a good job but a dead fly in the old salad is not really helpful. Not to sure of how they handle freshness , could be an accident but it rarely happens in other restaurants!

Service is too busy, too stress, overloaded, you don’t feel comfortable while enjoying the terrace. Pro : good and tasty cuisine, interesting wines by the glass, beautiful view by the lake and Lavaux vineyards.

Slow and clamsy service. Small portions in the tapas menu. Nice view

Came for drinks and tapas during Sunday lunch time sitting outside for the beautiful lake view. Service was okay but slow. The fish croquettes were good!

Beautiful place with amazing view! BUT stuff is unbelievably rude. They don't speak any other language except French, they behave like you are guilty because you just want to order your coffee or pay your bill. I have never seen that bad of a staff before. However, there is one very young man who speaks English and he was very kind (his name is Sedric). Also, the breakfast was very poor for that price.

Beautifully located on the lake. But... kitchen closes before 2pm for lunch, and if one resorts to their 'tapas' (7 types), one has to sit somewhere else and can't even have a salad with them. The bread is dry and the finger food tapas come without napkins. The waitresses are of the "I'd rather avoid looking around because guests might bother me" type. Plates were not removed after I finished, nobody asked whether I wanted dessert.
