Cedarville Apartments: One of the nicer complexes in town. Snow removal is always well done and maintenance is performed immediately. Neighbors are quiet and management does a great job of screening new tenants. I only left after 5 years because I bought a house.

Lived in the Lincoln ave apartments. They were a little pricey for what you got, and the electric bill for heat absolutely eviscerated my budget. The maintenance was generally responsive to service requests, but I still had issues with my front door doorknob freezing up. When I moved in the kitchen also wasn't up to code, which fits most rental properties. The plowing crew was top-notch, however, and they kept the parking spots cleared and in tip-top shape.

The office staff was great to work with, with me and all my roommates. They have always been more than willing to assist me with all my questions. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and timely with fixing things. Renting from Curran and Co. has all around been a wonderful experience!
