I ordered cushions in July they were to be delivered in 40 days, it’s October and I still haven’t received them I was never given an updated on the delay. These are expensive cushions and would hope to get good service. I ordered them online and now Mike is informing me there is an additional shipping charge.for delivery when I already paid for delivery. The Better Business Bureau should investigate this company There are better places to use when you need cushions my suggestion is, find a different company you will be glad you did.

When my daughter and I went in to shop fabric for a bench I wanted to reupholster, the first thing said to me when I picked up the 1st fabric book was this area is pretty pricey. Seems to me they could put some kind of signs like this to reflect how pricey fabric is based on section in their store, which is very small. Like , , , to avoid wasting peoples time. We ended up going to Joanne Fabrics and found exactly what I was looking for immediately and for a minute fraction of what they were going to charge! I can do it myself for 80 where as they told me 650!! The labor cost was 100 higher than the fabric cost!! VERY EXPENSIVE

We finally went for it and had our dining room chair seat cushions reupholstered in leather. Cushion World did a beautiful job! We are so pleased. They had a wonderful selection of leathers and good prices. And we had everything under the leather replaced as well, with nice trim. They showed me lots of options for the cushioning itself. We will definitely use Cushion World for future needs. I really like how they give you a timeline of how many weeks out, and then you don't actually have to bring the item in until a week before that. So you are not \out\ your piece of furniture for a month. Happy customers!
