The place has the calmness of nature we all need. For a very reasonable price , you get the privacy of your own resort for your family and friends. Also ideal for company outings and swimming parties . Overnight stay is also available. It’s good value for money .

i love the place. great for family gatherings. i love the trees that surround the resort especially the century old balete tree in front of the resort.
place is good for family events. nice ambiance. close to nature. love the cool breeze of the fresh air. Cant be too loud coz we have neighbors that would be disturbed. And as respect to nature. We can enjoy without being to disturbing to others
This is not a good place for an overnight swimming,specially for team building.You cannot enjoy because the employee of this resort keeps on telling us not to be noisy. YOU SHOULD NOT OPERATE AN OVERNIGHT SWIMMING if you will keep on telling your guest to be quiet.YOU SHOULD PROVIDE DISCLOSURE BEFORE ACCEPTING THE DOWNPAYMENT.NOT AFTER YOU TAKE THE PAYMENT.So disappointing for a resort.
a big NO - rough and muddy road (unless you want a damaged and muddy car) - cannot speak or even laugh loudly. the owner always goes to you to remind you not to speak loudly - owner is not hospitable and greets guests with lots and lots of house rules - the Facebook page they created is a community page so you cannot post any review and the owners can filter the posts. our bad because we should've looked at Google reviews, as well. - aircon seems to be broken - rooms is not getting cold - charged us for "broken" shower head which we believe has been broken for a while now
i've read the negative feeds of others well don't mind the abnormality thinking of other.if your making so much noise of course the management will ask you to stop.i myself informed by the owner not to make noise because the neighbors around levia garden are sleeping so we did follow for the sake of others.we can still enjoy the night swimming (we did enjoyed without disturbing others just follow the rules simple as that).i have nothing to say about the place maybe more improvement the road is so so bad not so fresh air but aside that nothing else.we sure be going back maybe summer.thank you levia!!!
As the owner who personally manage bookings, I guarantee that anyone who wish to book for overnight or 22hrs is informed regarding the policy that noise must be minimized after 12mn and videoke volume is reduced after 10pm before accepting downpayment. We advise the person who wish to book to please inform all the person who will enter the resort regarding the policy and should they agree then they can proceed to reservation otherwise they can check other resort that does not have rules regarding controlling noise even after 12midnight. The policy that the resort adapted is in compliance to the Provincial Ordinance of Cavite no. 166. For guests conducting team building at night,they were advised to set outdoor activities that will produce loud noises between 7pm to 12mn so there will be no limitation to the noise and excitement in such activities. After 12midnight, guests are reminded and expected to minimize noise esp. In the pool area in respect to other residents that are asleep by those times. As much as we want our guests to enjoy we are also obliged to follow the said ordinance hence compliance is a must.
Facilities are not good, broken showers and door locks. I'm not recommending this place.
