Here is a paradise. Not exaggerated at all when I said this. Fantastic location, great pool, clean sanitary, all facilities you need it. The pitches are not shadowed but who cares:) you will not spend the day in caravan or RV. The restaurant and pizza and chef... delicious and adorable. The staff very friendly. 5 stars!
In one word, perfect! We stayed here for 3 nights initially and loved it. The sanitary is really clean and neat and has unlimited hot showers. There is a fridge which you can use. The pool is great, not huge but plenty of space and comfortable chairs. We had a pitch for a medium tent and dispite the lack of shadow from trees they have a cover running over the tents to give a bit of shade. The staff is very friendly. They have a small market but they have a limited offer because a little bit down the road there is a supermarket, but they do sell bread for breakfast. After staying at a different camping we were looking for another camping but eventually ended up back at valdeiva because we liked it so much! Besides that they have very reasonable prices.
Nice quiet place, modern clean bathrooms with toilets and toilet seats, big shower cabins and unlimited free warm water for shower and dishes. Store at 100m from camping. Train station Deiva Marina at 3km, free shuttle from camp to station. Wifi only at reception. Only 3 amps of electricity on pitches, not enogh for propper caravan warming during the chilly nights, not to mention warm watter in the caravan. We fired up the gas heaters and had a wonderfull stay.
Bathrooms absolutely spotless, un-metered hot water (no tokens required), grounds all in very good condition and tidy, home made pastries and tarts for breakfast. Very impressed!
It was raining when we arrived. We did get a place. We were tired after taking panoramic road (would not recommend if any of travelers is likely car sick). Toilet facilities aren't heated and it was really cold. But even though it was cold the facility was clean. You have to order bread in the shop for the next day. The shop is small. We didn't visit the pizza place. Camp has a shuttle bus that takes you to train station from where you get to Cinque Terre. Camp has WiFi but the signal was low. They don't take ASCI but they do have discount of some Italian camping association. There is a stream running by the camp and it looks really lovely and romantic but it can be disturbing during the night.
The restaurant is great. Chef makes amazing pizza and mum makes delicious pasta. All staff is very caring and friendly. The camping was nice too, clean with lots of facilities and services available. Free transport to city train station. Shadowed pitches for tents with nice view. I understand that the staff wants to keep things neat but there are so many rules about everything like disposing garbage or using pool that might not always be to to customers advantage.
Very nice staff. Amazing views. Everything is so clean and for a cinque terre jurney is the perfect place to be.
