This is worst service I ever had in my lifetime. First they arrived 3 hours late on the location they gave me and also didn't completed the destination as well.

This is worst service I ever had in my lifetime. First they arrived 3 hours late on the location they gave me and also didn't completed the destination as well. I booked 3 tickets for a total of 500 kms and they only drove for 300 kms and refused to go further. If anyone from this service is reading this review then have some shame and atleast try to give proper service otherwise the day is not far away when you have to face legal challenges. If any senior from the service or REDBUS.in want to get my travel details to confirm the issues then contact me.

Worst bus service ever.... i wanted to board the bus from Chandigarh to Baijnath but they charged the fare from Delhi also they confirmed the ticket via phone but later on at the time of boarding which is 2:00 am they refused from that.. Due to which i have to suffer alot at the Chandigarh bus stand in the chilled winter night Very disappointed ️
