Chor bazaari kar rahe hai yeh weedo wale. Poor customer service Below average staff They mention on bill we are not charging for bags but they charged me Rs.5/- I visited them for refund for one of the product but they refused. Going to lodge compliant in consumer court with all prove. Don't waste money on weedo store plenty of other options available with far better prices. Yesterday evening this happened ask ur so called manager and other staff.

They are not practising the policy which generally the supermarkets were supposed to do. They are forcing the customers to buy the products as per their own norms and conditions which is legally not right. I visited this store to purchase some products of my general use but after billing I found that the they are not offering discounts on the same products which I regularly get discount so as a active buyer I decided to not to purchase those products but as this information has been shared to me after the sale of products. When I want to cancel my purchase they forced me to purchase any other products within the 15 days of sale by giving me a credit note. If customer don't want to purchase from them then its kind of illegal force which they are forcing to the customers. Which I think is unethical practices as it seems the company is forcing the customers to buy products in their conditions and their is no return policy. I urge to everyone to please be aware before purchasing anything from this store. I think they are also using their parking space for business purposes which is also actionable by local authorities.
