Well I am confused if this place is still there. I visited this place today and it was AIIMS building now. They have their office, hostel for girls and boys, staff rooms, auditorium in that compound. May be the Panchayat training center has been shifted or not I am not totally sure bout it but yes AIIMS has its big compound their now that is for sure.

This Place Is Now Also Known As Temporary AIIMS Deoghar... Place Is Good and also provide some good facilities...

Okay for being the temporary aiims campus,there are around 13 buildings with an administrative building,dean bungalow,auditorium,mess,5 hostel buildings,Lawn Tennis court. You can always get public transport for Deoghar which is less than 2 km from the city.
