Absolutely wonderful experience! Desenzano is beautiful - such a lovely town with lots to do but also relaxing and laid back atmosphere with a lovely coast. The hotel is beautiful! Really stunning and clean and relaxing with the loveliest rooms! The breakfast is...well...what more could you want? Meat, fruit, cake, cereal, cappucino's, juice, croissants. Perfect! The hosts, Federica and Matteo are most accommodating and friendly! I couldn't recommend this place more.

A very special place close to Lake Garda. Owner Frederica does make you feel very welcome, and the breakfast wont leave you hungry or longing for something sweet. The whole house is full of details and flowers. We felt that we were more "real" guests than paying guests. If you want something more then an ordinary hotel room this is the place for you.
Nice staff. Perfect breakfast. Very unique experience, like a night in a dollhouse.

Ambientazione in stile belle Epoque, molto accogliente. Tutto curato nei minimi particolari. La Proprietaria ci ha da subito messi a nostro agio mostrandosi molto disponibile e gentile. Colazione molto abbondante con dolce e salato , bellissima anche la sala da pranzo. Pulizia ottima e posizione strategica a due passi dal lago.
Nella pur bellissima Desenzano spicca questa stupenda struttura che sembra uscita da uno dei nostri più bei sogni . Non ci sono parole o Immagini per descriverla in pieno in quanto bisogna solo viverla come esperienza . La splendida signora Federica é sempre attenta insieme a suo figlio che i suoi ospiti siano a loro agio e che la colazione sia sempre ricca di leccornie. Abbiamo passato noi 2 e sopratutto i nostri 2 amati pelosetti delle rilassanti e stupende vacanze pur essendo a cavallo di ferragosto .
Esperienza unica. Titolare gentile, premurosa. Con la mia famiglia ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Era come se fossimo in famiglia! Davvero splendida. Struttura ben tenuta e pulitissima. Parcheggio convenzionato al top
