Little to no service at all here. We waited 5 minutes to be seated only to wait another 10 minutes for the waiter to provide menues. Upon another 25 minute rest at the table, we flagged down the same waiter to signal our intent to eat. He asked us to wait an additional 2 minutes whilst he cleared up a table - which was reasonable but he never returned. We decided to follow a couple who arrived before us out of the restaurant as well without being served and travelled to the opposite pizzeria who served us in no time at all! Perfect, not like this place.. Pros: Central location within Desenzano's Town Square. Cons: Don't expect to eat food here. No service. AT.

People who are posting this 5stars reviews probably never tried proper Italian food. Disgusting pizza with sea food full of sand and little pieces of shells. Terrible service. Just go inside and see how clean it is. I have never seen that dirty restaurant. For now definitely the worst restaurant experience in Italy. Can be perfect place for tourist who are trying Italian cuisine for the first time. And owner is playing with this fact.

Terrible service and the food wasn't great. Definitely the worst we have had in Italy so far. A packet of leerdamer and some pre packed ham does not constitute a meat and cheese board, ESPECIALLY IN ITALY. The service was so bad that people were actually leaving (they had been sitting for 20minutes without even being asked ifbthey want a drink) and we wish we had left as well!

Went here for a meal with the wife. nice ambiance starter was ok however the main course for my wife a pasta Ragu was cold worse I had risotto with seafood the front of the plate risotto was warmish the back cold with a fish dish so I summoned the waiter who seemed an nice chap however what sort of cook have they got. As a hospitality graduate and I have run hotels in the past I could see they were understaffed. I try not to complain however this was just negligence offers me a re heat for god's sake or something else decided to pay for what I had ie grilled veg which was hot and starters which was a caprese salad times two which was cold as it should be and our drinks. Offered a limencellos as a piece offering declined. People round about me must have been dereding there mains. This was the second bad meal we have had out of a 3 day stay. It's about time restauranteurs stop taking tourists as mugs. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth lovely place let down by amateurs and pennypinchers.
