Very nice, clean and friendly hotel with parking for cars. The welcome from the staff was a relief, friendly, patient, helpful and welcoming. An example for the other expensive hotels in the area!

Hotel is fairly basic but very clean and quiet and in a great location. Within walking distance of the train station. Only a couple of minutes from the port. Staff were extremely helpful. Excellent WiFi. Nice breakfast. I would stay here again.
The "Hotel City" is a small hotel not too far from the shore (downhill), a quiet location with limited parking (maybe 10-12 cars maximum). The owners and staff are very friendly, the bar and reception area was clean and tidy. Rooms are on the smaller size but again clean and functional with a good bathroom and comfortable beds (although pillows were a bit low for me). Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of meat, cheese, eggs, pastries, cereals, fruit, coffee etc. Overall a good hotel for a short stay or if you're on a budget.
Great location, lovely staff, good breakfast and very clean
Our stay here has been brilliant. The staff are all very friendly, the rooms are comfortable with a mini fridge, great shower, spacious room for clothes and the beds are comfy. The breakfast is a nice mix, scrambled eggs, lots of breads, three different types of croissants, fresh fruits, yogurts, muffins, nut and fruit mixes. Basically your not short for choice unless your looking for a full English (which we weren't.) We also hired bikes which is 10 euro each a day which is a steal from 7am till 7pm. We went to Sirmione on them 6km took 45 mins great day out. Oh and the location is great litterly turn right out of hotel, walk 30 metres and your on the main Street which is lovely. If I am going to mention negatives they would be minimal, plug sockets (unplug TV or charge in bathroom) not that bad and theres no iron.. but they do have a service for that. Would I use them again. Yes
Budget place to stay near the lake. Few restaurants are around the hotel, so no need to worry about the meals...
A dire il vero me ne avevano parlato bene. Ma per un disguido con una prenotazione della quale non ho usufruito l'hotel si è attenuto rigorosamente alla sua policy, addebitandomi l'importo. Visto che era palese che non c'era colpa da parte mia, potevano fare una eccezione. Se la politica dell'hotel è questa lo sconsiglio vivamente.
