Horrible. Was admitted during the vacation with a wound that needed stitches and was told to sit and wait. Doctors were having fun in front of my eyes for 1 hour before they even bothered to help. Couldn't believe what I saw in this emergency room. Slow and lazy. Unbelievable.

During our vocation in Italy my ear started to hurt. Easy problem from the first view. I've been in that hospital 3 times in 24 hours. Spent in their lines approx. 5 hours, siting and thinking that i will die from that pain. Medecine that they gave didn't help at all. And now i have a trip home for 50 hours with awful pain. I really dissapointed in Italian medecine.

Non merita nessuna stella! 18 giorni passati su e giù da questo pronto soccorso per aggravarsi situazione! Quel dottore oculista, sempre quello che tutte le volte cambiava cura! Se le cure non rispondono bisogna avere l'umiltà di indirizzare il paziente ad un ospedale più attrezzato per certe patologie! Dottore oculista mio figlio poi è stato poi ricoverato in 2 ospedali diversi ma i 18 giorni persi con lei non ce li restituisce più nessuno! Dottore mi ricorderò di lei per tutta la vita per la sua negligenza ed indifferenza!

Se avete tempo da perdere e non volete essere soccorsi andate in questo Pronto soccorso che di \pronto\ non ha nulla!! Sei ore di attesa e sono tornata a casa senza essere minimamente presa in considerazione.

Met mijn zoontje van 3 naar de eerste hulp, hij had uitdroging verschijnselen. We waren vanuit een ander ziekenhuis hiernaartoe gestuurd omdat hier een kinderafdeling was. Werden meteen geholpen, hij werdt nagekeken en meteen doorgestuurd naar de kinderafdeling. Ook hier waren we meteen aan de beurt. Hij moest ter observatie hier blijven 24u ivm mijn zwangerschap kregen we een kamer met ook een bed voor mij. Ze komen vaak controleren en stellen je gerust. Toen mijn andere zoon ook erg ziek was, gaven ze goed advies en werdt ook hij goed nagekeken. Ik was erg bang voor wat ik kon verwachten maar we zijn hier super goed geholpen!
