The VIP booking team has been very responsive an proactive. The use of Whats-App has made arrangements very easy (asking, when we arrive, providing names and contacts for the apartment hand-over, etc.). A second thing I wanted to highlight is the quality of the apartment we have booked (\Stella 2\): Other guests might have already the experience from traveling in Italy - apartments and furniture often is very old or things don't work ... - in Stella 2 ist was quite different: The apartment had a great and new standard, Aircondition in every room, Fitz-box for WLAN, nice TV, kitchen well equipped, everything was very clean, etc. We had a great week and I would definitely recommend VIP-booking and come back to the same place!
