Used the service months ago and are still waiting for the refund of the deposit. Neither by mail nor via hotline we have been helped, employees ask for some more patience. Not to be recommended!

Useless. Returned OBU's in February, it's now June and they are more interested in finding small cosmetic marks so they can withhold the full 135 deposit than refunding me the 1000 owed. Support says to try back in a few days when asked.

There might have been teething problems in the years before, but I always received a warm welcome, competent replies and a helpful understanding. I just miss two things: 1) Refunds through my euroShell card 2) Paying Liefkenshoek Tunnel with it Then it's five stars for sure!!!!!

A complete shambles. Fail to respond to support calls/emails. Caused our company to recieves fines. Staff have no knowledge of their own product and nothing is ever their fault. USELESS

Support of the Sattelic services is terrible. I forgot the password and tryed to recover it by click "Forgot password?" and I haven't received any email with link I can click to change the password. I told that on live chat and the guy had not clue to fix it. Pathetic
