Went to look at a used car at Diffee South on Thursday, were told it was loaned out Wednesday and had not been returned. Friday evening notified it had been returned, the woman decided she didn't want it. We looked at it briefly just before closing Friday, then went back Saturday and took it for a test drive. Had it checked out at a Ford Dealership and several issues were pointed out - including it looked as though it had been in an accident and repainted, although the salesman denied any knowledge of it. When we returned the car Saturday afternoon, and mentioned to the salesman that the car was priced more than 600 over the NADA dealers retail price, he informed us their price was firm - they would not come off their stated price at all. We asked if there could be some compromise between NADA and their price, and Rick stated NO again. They would not come off even 1, even after we had shown him the areas the Ford dealership had brought to our attention. Asking price was for a "pristine condition" car, but it really wasn't. Very disappointed in the customer service displayed. We were cash customers, but they weren't interested in our cash apparently. Not sure we want to do future business with Diffee. 7 days have passed....the car is still for sale on the lot, for the same price. Wonder how much it costs per day to NOT sell a car on your lot?

Then we were in and out including the test drive in about an hour these guys are great, honest and straight forward. We got the right truck at the right price. Thank you guys...

If I could give no stars, I would. These people are rude and hard to deal with. The owner is the worst! Honestly if you are wanting to buy please don't go here. Go somewhere they will take care of you and treat and talk to you like an adult/human being. I have NEVER had someone talk to me the way the owner did and after that basically called me a liar to my husband. I will never give them my business and I will make sure word of mouth gets around. All in all worst car buying experience I have ever had. Please save yourself the trouble/disrespect and go somewhere else.

Extremely rude and arrogant management. Refused to make good on repairs needed to vehicle. Basically once they get your money you are dead to them. NO INTEGRITY WHATSOEVER!!
