Moving can be a stressful time, however with the team at Direct Residential fast, simple and stress free. Firstly they are respectful of other peoples houses. When we were shown around, we were given foot protectors to keep their house clean while being viewed. During the process of putting in an offer they were respectful, honest and got the process done quickly. We have moved into our rented 2 bedroom house and already had a few small issues sorted quickly by the team managing the house, There is a direct number to the local branch where we have had the boiler timer fixed quickly and effectively. Thank you, it really means a lot to feel you are there for us as previously with another agent we were left with no hot water for 6 weeks. We would highly recommend this team.
