they most definitely sell the best uncooked pasta i've ever had. you can watch them producing them right there. the shop is hard to find, but worth searching for. some product examples are ravioli (meat, spinach, asparagus), tortelini (meat, spinach), gnocchi (potato, nuts), macaroni and other delicious forms and shapes of pasta. i go there everytime i'm in domodossola. since they are quite soft, they likely stick to themself when pressed together, try to transport them gently, in a box if needed. also, they already contain some moisture, which means they won't expand much when boiled. if you calculate 125g dried normal pasta per person, you might need up to 200g per person of this pasta sold here. hope this helps. amazing pasta!

Frisch gemachte Ravioli in vielen verschiedenen Sorten und Formen. Etwas viel los an einem Samstag aber das hat seinen Grund. Die Ravioli schmecken wirklich sehr gut. Außerdem ist das Personal auch in stressigen Situationen stehts höflich zu ihrer Kundschaft.
Die besten hausgemachten Teigwaren weit und breit. Die Produktion ist gleich neben dem Verkaufstresen.

Qualità insuperabile, ravioli classici o del giorno di magro o selvaggina pasta lasagne cannelloni casalinghi buonissimi !!! Il meglio nn solo a domodossola ma di tutti!
Einfach tolles Geschäft mit Hausgemachten Teigwaren aus Farina di Grano. Immer eine grosse Auswahl an Spezialitäten. Mann wird sehr freundlich bedient. Toll ist auch das man vom Ladenlokal aus durch ein grosses Fenster in die Manufaktur sieht, und bei der Herstellung dabei sein kann. Die Teigwaren sind frisch am besten, können aber sehr gut eingefroren werden. Denkt daran auf dem Markt gleich frische Tomaten für den Sugo zu kaufen. Diese zwei Sachen ergeben Italien auf dem Teller. Grazie
