Helder Mendes Baiao

To have an access to the church you need to climb a « Cross way » where you can see the different scenes of the Passion of the Christ. At the top of the hill you will find several chapels decorated in a strong barocco style. The catholic expression of the images is very strong but the decoration of the church is quite harmonious too. Around the chapels there is a garden and an old castle. It is very beautiful and you have an incredible point of view over Domodossola.
