20 minutes from Forlí, just above the feet of the Apennines, immediately outside the village of Dovadola, you can find this surprising restaurant. The dishes are based on the local cuisine but prepared with great attention and using high quality ingredients. You can taste truffles and ragù, both with homemade pasta; all sorts of roast meet; but don't miss the Fiorentina (a very thick steak) which in this restaurant is finished cooking beside your table.
