A super positive environment, the staff and owners are kind and knowledgeable, lovely decor, comfy gym with a variety of machines to choose from @ a fair price... And... They have amazing technology for P.T. Patient's that aren't offered anywhere else in this vicinity. I would definitely recommend this place to all!!!!!

I only did a 3-month membership for financial reasons, but I loved this gym! Super clean, helpful staff! They even provide free trainers on certain days and offer post workout smoothies and stuff! They had all I needed with treadmills and bicycles upstairs and weights, etc. downstairs :) They also provide lots of other beneficial stuff and I really enjoyed my membership when I could afford it.
