I could not have asked for a better experience!!! I got my nose pierced by Mike who put me at ease, made me laugh, and was so patient, kind, funny, and informative. The piercing didn't even really hurt. The receptionist was kind over the phone, and they were very punctual. Overall, just an excellent, clean, and friendly atmosphere. (I decided to come here because of all the good reviews, and this place exceeded my expectations.)

Met Mike and Jaclyn Hiles at the DC Tattoo expo and they were amazing! Not only was their work detailed and original, but they were so much fun to sit with! I would recommend them to anyone in the Harrisonburg area or at the next convention! Thanks, guys!
The place is appointment only, so they were super nice on the phone. (Even apologized when the connection went bad.) I had my nostril and lobes done, and Mike was really chill about everything. Informative about their job and communicative. I will definitely be going back in the future.
Absolutely wonderful! I had my first cartilage piercing ever done and the staff could not have been nicer. I also love my piercings and I will definitely be going back to get more! 10/10 would recommend

Went here for the first time today to get a helix piercing and I couldn't be any more pleased. The people that work there are very nice and helpfu,l and very professional. The place is very clean and hygienic which of course is extremely important. I will certainly be back for my next piercing and a tattoo!
Everyone here was so great. They answered all of my questions when getting my navel and daith pierced. They were very patient and helpful. Even though the navel ring was rejected by my body (Which I kind of expected.), and I had to take the daith piercing out for a medical procedure, they were so super through both. I'm definitely getting my next tattoos and my other color refreshed there!!
