Never thought we would be g riding around Dunnaz in a Nissan Serena but we did just that with 5kids in tow and no dramas! Joe was easy and friendly to deal with! Highly recommend!

Incredibly poor customer service. We enquired about changing a booking, simple stuff however, rather than just explaining why the booking couldn't be changed (they "do not accept" less than 3 day hires in peak times? - odd, but OK, that's your business model), they simply cancelled the booking, adding that "the booking is problematic because it overlaps the public holiday" - what? How do you deal with after hours bookings normally?! Bizarre experience - we've used RaD (at other locations, it should be noted, and picking up on public holidays) plenty of times, but this is the first genuinely terrible experience we've had. Would not recommend. Some of the more 'premium' brands are similarly priced too, and you don't end up with an old beater.
Very grateful for the flexibility provided to me when I wasn't sure how long I'd need a rental car for. Great guy & a good little runner. Forgot to mention though you may want to check the brake shoes. I got a soundbin the last day. Not surebid just dirty from all the rain or worn. No complaints and very grateful for you understanding my situatiom and looking afterbme. Having a rental was a God send with all the running around I had to do after my mother passed away. Thanks heaps. ps. Good location for the Cumberland motel but their review feedback will not be so good

Got charged for NZD 85 for nearly-invisible crack, while we believe that crack was not even there when we dropped the car the night before (we should have taken a full-HD picture to prove this). The thing is, they did not actually fix the existing cracks that were already there, yet they charge customers for every new crack. The rent fee itself might be affordable, but it's hard not to call this kind of practice a rip-off or something. I suggest you find other alternatives.
We hired a car for a weekend trip but when we wanted to pick it up at 1pm, there was a sign indicating, that they will be back at 2pm. How can this happen if we made the reservation for 1pm? There was also a sign showing that the cars are parked on the backside of the house and we should find a paper with our name in the window screen, so we can pick up the car anyway. However there was nothing! We gave them a call and he answered. Allegedly he totally forgot about us and would be back in 10min. He came after 20min but there was no excuse or anything and we were not the only people waiting. I was really disappointed about this situation. However the car was fine than and we had a good trip. Nonetheless the fact that there is no unlimited kilometres included already and you need to pay extra for it, is very unlikely.
Very easy to use very quick no waiting
Very happy with my RAD experiance. It was convenient just having the car waiting with keys in the lockbox, and the car a better model than we paid for.
