Don't bother, calls go through to an outsourced call center in India, 3hr wait for them for fix a connection they didn't get right the first time.

It's pretty bad, as far as a service provider goes and it gets 1-star from me because currently there is no physical Vodafone store in Dunedin. Like, not even a temporary one. Despite Google telling us they're still in the old premises. Vodafone haven't bothered to update it and haven't bothered to tell their customers where they're moving to and when they'll be open again. Goes to show how very little they care about their local customers! The mind boggles!
