Worst experience ever. I got my car serviced on 12 Jan 2021 at this service center including wheel alignment... My car is giving horrible experience now.. it's bubbling & steering is automatically moving at right side and engine is vibrating abnormally.. when I reached the service center with above said complaints, they ask me to pay 15000 rupees to fix these issues. I already had paid them 4200/- 2300/- 6500/- for service.. now they want me to pay 15000/- more to fix the problem which they generated while service.. I don't recommend anyone to go this worst service center..

I had the worst experience possible with this service centre. I own Ford Eco-sport since 2 years and had been getting it serviced at ohkla service centre. I had no issues at all. Now that we recently moved to dwarka, I got my car serviced here for first time. My car was perfectly fine, and now after servicing, it's AC doesn't work. 2 days after the service, the car stopped on road and didn't get started, and had to be towed away. When sent to the service center, they had no answer as to what happened, and were clearly hiding their mistake. How can they do such bad things to a normal car, which had no previous problems and went for routine servicing. Highly disappointed!!

Service was satisfactory, but the location of service centre is an absolute maze. They don't have any board outside, nobody can identify the location even if he is standing just outside the service station. I was constantly looking in the maps and was asking for directions on phone with the service guys, but still was not able to recognize it (was confused as there were many Ford cars nearby, but no service centre could be seen!) Also, if you are using google maps to navigate, there's a 50/50 chance that you might encounter extremely narrow roads. My advice is to call them when you are near to avoid such experience.

Dwarka ford gave me a questionable experience of going to a Ford service centre. My cars engine was just replaced 3 months back from Harpreet Ford, gurugaon. Since my house is in west Delhi I asked to get service from Dwarka ford. The representative here is telling me that he needs to open the engine because there is some leakage. To this I asked them for not servicing my car and send it back home as it is, I will rather get it serviced from someone else. Also ford service estimate from the website gave a quotation of Rs. 3780 but when the car reaches the service centre they share me a revised quote of 4800. Its issue is not of 1000 rs but their intentions to me seemed wrong and hence I decided to not get it done from there.

The GM Mr. Amit is extremely helpful ! The Head-Mechanic Mr Gurpreet is very efficient and hugely experienced and gets the job done. He is a Hands-on guy and gets his own hands dirty to repair your vehicle timely , instead of leaving all work to junior mechanics
