They will talk you down from a ledge! DWD is by far the best Sage reseller I have ever worked with. They are friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable (not only with Sage but many IT related issues as well). Also, they are willing to go the extra mile when necessary with after-hours maintenance and support. If you have ever contacted Sage directly or another Sage reseller, do not expect the same experience. Contacting DWD doesn''t feel like a chore and you can expect the entire team to work to get the problem fixed.

We use DWD Tech as our Sage Partner and for our IT solutions. They did our training on Sage 100 when we converted from Quickbooks and all of our custom programming for Sage so Sage integrates with our online shopping carts and Fedex/UPS. All of the people at DWD are extremely helpful. They are also very responsive and do an excellent job of getting you help when it is needed. If you are down, they get it working immediately which we really appreciate. We can not recommend DWD Tech highly enough!
