My mother, Mrs Sahd, ordered a blind a month ago, which they promised would take no more than 2 weeks until delivery. She paid her 70% deposit at the time, but since then has received no blind and not even a phone call to explain the shocking delay! It was only after she complained, that they replied, explaining that they were still awaiting stock! This kind of service is dismally inefficient and so sad to see in a town that isn't exactly booming. You'd think they'd be at pains to keep their customers happy.
