I WAs annoyed yesterday. Went in to buy few items. Got to checkout, there was no one to pack my staff, the teller had to do it thus delaying people behind me. Other staff members were busy chatting and making noise, what took the cake was when they burst into singing a birthday song for one of the customers while I was assisting the teller to pack my groceries. It's a good gesture to embrace customers but can't they do their work as well so that some of us don't get delayed.
