On Thursday 10 Dec i purchased 3 items. My home is about 6 min drive from the butcher, it was also raining so the meat that was off cant be due to my part keeping it out of the fridge. The sausage and the thops was fine but the Rib eye steaks were completely off. (They are sold in sealed bags and the expiration date was 19/12/2020) When i called the store the next day i was not assisted. Ive been a loyal customer since 2014 when we moved here, but in future i will take my bussiness elsewhere. I can provide a detail tracker report on my movements to prove that exposure didnt happen on my part. The person that assisted me when i tried to call was extremely unprofessional.
