DISGUSTING! especially in these times this doctor is incredibly unprofessional. I will be reporting her in her mis treatment of patients. My mother always goes to her yet when my mother called her today they asked a lot of questions and my mother answered honestly. The then proceeded to make an appointment seeing no covid signs. When she arrived the doctor threw an absolute fit about why my mother came in yet she was told to. She was extremely rude to her and chased her out telling her to go else where for tests which were extremely expensive. this lady has a terrible attitude towards consumers and will be reported trust me!

My 3 yr old daughter is sick and Dr Kwan would only consult with her outside in the freezing cold, secondly I have a 4 year old boy who was not allowed to come to the doctors room, in fact we were told to leave our 4 year old son at home alone since he his also not allowed at the practice. I really hope that anyone considering going to Dr Kwan would reconsider their decision. DR Kwan is a cold heartless doctor who does not care for her patients and her staff are always rude. I really don’t know how it’s possible that during such a pandemic that we have doctors like Dr Kwan. In closing I should mention we found another doctor who helped us AND allowed my 4year old in side his rooms.
No issues at all with the Dr but the receptionist is EXTREMELY rude with no customer service at all. Has a condescending tone and is not really willing to assist. Very impatient and will start taking her voice up when she starts getting irritated with clients. I have not only experienced this myself but have seen it as well. Its as if she would rather you don't call to book an appointment!!!!!
Great doctor who takes her time diagnosing properly. She's the most knowledgeable GP I've encountered & prescribes medicine medicine for a condition, not general medicine for all ailments. Diverse clientele.
My family will not go to a establishment with a quick Dr/Patient turnaround as they misdiagnose. Dr Kwan has a good sense of humour and could easy be misunderstood. In my personal view she is strict and take health-care very serious. She is very knowledgeable in her field of expertise.
Did 2 consultations which were very rushed , had an ear ache and then went to see another GP my gut was just saying something wrong , was in disbelief when the other GP told me anti - depressant medication was prescribed for an ear ache .
She's understanding and loving, full of jokes.
