Dropped my BC for a service requested the back plate bolt be replaced as it was missing this we never done! Arrived in Durban for my dives but the BC could not be used!!! Best part is I phone to complain about the poor service and was sworn at and hung up on!!! Needless to say I'll never use this store again and encourage everyone to stay away!!!

I recently requested information regarding the servicing of a regulator through Twin Palms. Even after purchasing a significant number of items from them earlier in the same week, the owner's unnecessarily arrogant and disrespectful attitude ruined my perception of the business. I was always respectful and did not say or do anything untoward, however it seemed as though he did not care about his customer relations whatsoever, calling me a "moron" and continued to ban me (a paying customer) from his shop, saying I was "wasting his time" by merely requesting a quotation for the service. I would not recommend this shop to any of my friends or colleagues as they definitely do not put their customers first. So unfortunate that there are people like this in the world
Best place for children to learn to swim from becoming waterborn to full stroke correction and training.My grandson has made incredible progress .Coaches are highly professional firm yet kind and gentle.
Lots of cool but overpriced gear. Unfortunately they don't put prices on anything. You have to wait for them to come back to you with a price they 'checked on the system' for every piece. It is annoying and confusing when you are looking at lots of different things and it ends up taking way too long. It seems as though they try to gauge how much they can get out of you rather than one price for everyone. For some reason they also won't print a receipt or invoice when you buy something. Although they have lots of great gear I won't go there again.
