Pleasant staff. Well stocked convenience store with good coffee available. Quick service. Wheelchair accessible parking lot. You may struggle entering the convenience store though if you are I'm a wheelchair as there is a turnstile gate at the entrance.
Over the past 16 years i have had regular proplems with rude and unhelpful petrol attendants over here. I have had them beg for money, ask to eat my food etc. The one time my car broke down at the garage and they had so much to say about it - that i rolled my car out into the street and then waited for assistance.
I am a regular customer at this caltex as I live in edenvale. Today I waited for a little while (with no queue) in order to get assist. Eventually I asked for assistance and a gentleman named Klaas said very politely that they are swapping tills and will assist me shortly. Once Frans was available I get there and advise that as a client, i would have appreciated to be told beforehand that they are busy and not wait till i complain. He responded that we like complaining. I was mos told what more do I want. I asked him to rather not speak to me like that but he insisted on arguing instead of apologising for making me wait (which is my time spent) without him telling me the way forward. He was disrespectful to say the least. I will use another caltex in future. Cannot be treated like this. Just for the record, Klaas did apologise and I'm grateful to him for calming me down. Lulu
