Elite installed two beautiful pergolas in our backyard. The whole process was perfect and smooth. It started with a competitive quote and concluded with an installation that was done with great care. I am very picky and the crew paid attention to all the details that matter to me. Sam was available throughout the project and responded promptly to all my questions. In summary, I could not have hoped for a better experience and I recommend Elite for anybody interested in having a beautiful patio cover.

I had other companies come out to me and give me quotes but then Elite Exteriors came out to me and gave me a great quote! I was surprised at the time and dedication they take to describe the project to you in full detail, tell you exactly how everything is gonna work, and show you so many samples and really put your imagination into paper and help you get your dream. They gave me a very reasonable quote and were able to fix what the other companies have started, and were able to make it look better then it was originally supposed to. I had no issues with them whatsoever. If there is a misunderstanding I simply called any of the team members and they were able to assist me right away resolving any situation as best they could, and frankly it was enough! Go with this company, you can't go wrong!
Hey all, So I read the comments and reviews of this company from yelp and all of its locations and it got me curious. I asked all the questions that the previous client (and upon asking, I was explained to that he was never even a full client, he never even signed with them) and I asked all the questions and took all the pre cautionary steps he advised. I was pleased I did that because that made me trust the company right away, they were able to provide me with all references and show me everything I needed to see, they explained to me about their company and their current situation, and they were able to answer everything without an issue. They told me everything I wanted to hear, and after signing with them i couldn't have been happier with my amazing sunroom. These guys really work hard to satisfy their customers and make sure they do everything they can to help the customers out. I definitely recommend them to anyone having issues picking which company to go with.
Had Elite Exteriors install a sunroom for me and I couldn't be any happier. They were quick to deliver, very comprehensive about what I wanted and made sure to talk to me every step of the way keeping me informed on any plans, changes or updates. I cant even begin how thrilled I am to have my project done with them! To start off, their sales rep was amazing. He came in very professional and prepared, listened to every single concern or question I had, replied to the best he could, and was able to draw or picture a sunroom even better than what I had in mind and all for a fair price! Their installers are very hard working and don't waste a single second slacking off, they did an amazing job, every single millimeter was calculated with pure accuracy and precision, these guys are truly experts. The owner of the company, the manager, and the contractor were all great guys! Whenever something was confusing, or something came up I would call them and they would pick up and resolve all my issues, and i felt calm and reassured after them. I truly recommend this company, even though my sunroom isn't quite finished its nearly there and I already can tell its an amazing job just by the small details that they pay attention to!
