We ordered delivery service on Sunday since 7:20pm, food is not arrive till 9:30pm, no inform and no call from the shop for the delay of the food. We have to called 2 times just to get this stupid 1 pizza and 1 salad, if the shop is always crazy super busy on Sunday....try to get extra staffs, don’t be so stingy, I am sure nobody gonna be happy just to wait for this simple order for up to 2 hours folks ... don’t every think about to order food on Sunday

We ordered Cordon Bleus from this restaurant off of their website and an hour and a half later I phoned to check where it is. It turns out their kitchen is being renovated and they only deliver pizzas. However, on their website it is still possible to order what i assume is everything on their menu. We even received a delivery confirmation. Its almost 21:30 on a sunday night and we received no phone call or information that we wouldn't receive our food. What a circus... never again.
I ordered a pizza online at a sunday at noon. After waiting around an hour, the pizza arrived without any issues. The pizza was nice to look at and also tasted very good for a delivery pizza. I can imagine to order again.
Bad pizza from bad people. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. There are at least 4 other pizzerias within 5 minutes walk. I personally find Made in Sud has far better pizza with better prices and fantastic service! Other reviews of Kränzlin are obviously fake.
The pizza (Margarita) was excellent however the service was pretty slow, but as I am staying at the hotel alpha it is a great option for dinner

Ich denke, mein Freund und ich, haben mittlerweile jetzt einmal die gesamte Karte hoch und herunter bestellt. Das Essen wurde ungemein prompt gebracht.Die Bedienung ist immer überaus bestrebt und stets verbindlich!Das Lokal ist echt äußerst stilvoll eingerichtet. Keine billige Dekoration, stattdessen es war farblich sehr vieles sehr lieblich auf einander abgestimmt.Ich fand das Angebot stark ansprechend.
