Very terrible customer service... They turned us back due to the exceeded amount they serve per day. As for the female security guard whom was extremely rude to us. We had to go back again and seek clarity since she failed to explain how they new procedure works. Thank you to the male security guard whom took his time and assisted.

I spent the whole day in this place from 9h00 am to 15h00. The ladies kept sending me back for one document after the other, when they could have actually told me at once what I needed to collect. I really didnt like the service in this place.

Mr LF Ngubane at the payments office was extremely rude and incompetent. Speaking casually to family members on his phone during working hours while many people are waiting for service for a very very long time. My turn with him, he threw my papers at me along with my bank card impolitly and many people thought so too, I didn't even do anything to him but do a simple payment. The lady next to him was a very nice lady, she took most of the workload and kept the lines going. I unfortunately had Mr Ngubane. To the lady next to this man, thank you for your excellent service.
