I was really happy with shopping here, until last week when I wanted to buy using change, basically I couldn't buy because I had lots of change and their coins counter had already cashed up way before the closing time. Even the store manager said he couldn't assist me. Also, I do not understand the concept of paying for them to count my change whilst I am at the store to buy Grocery. Not wise for small tuck shop owners, as they operate with change...now I have to worry about them charging me for my change which I will in turn use to buy at the store, honestly feels like I'm being double charged and robbed. I think this has to be reviewed as it does not make sense, along with the cashiers not taking lots of change.

Prices are really good and everything is always neat and easy to find. Very well maintained. Staff is not helpful at all, best to help yourself as very hard to get someone to assist you or give you information about anything. They need to allocate more tills to accept card payments, everytime I went there there's always a really long que by the card payment tills yet there will be about 3 cash only tills empty with Cashiers and their assistants just relaxing.
