The worst agency. It’s been a year since we haven’t received our refund . She’s busy telling us that she’s getting funding but no luck as to whether we are going to receive it or not. When we call to ask about it, she ignores our calls. The only time she responds is when we use a different number. She’s so rude and disrespectful. I’ve really had it!
