Dr. Erdey did Implantable Contact Lens surgery on me and both my parents. We've been seeing him for years. He's the most knowledgeable opthalmologist there is. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I've called the last 2 days and have not got a return phone call. I went to this eye care center cause it was highly recommended. I've had dropless cataract surgery it's been about a month or so. And I still cannot see out of my right eye. And I have out-of-pocket expenses about 2,000 and I still cannot see. All I'm trying to do is what they do about circumstances like this, why should I pay for something that was supposed to work ? I was supposed to have eye drops put in my right eye a week before surgery but nobody told me I had a prescription until two days before surgery at Walgreens . It took Walgreens to call me to tell me about my prescription. And when I asked the doctor if I was supposed to use the eye drops he said no. I asked I don't know how many people and the answer was always no, it's dropless cataract surgery. Still to this day no answers as to why I can't see out of my right eye. All I want to do is talk to someone about what they do in a circumstance like this. Quite honestly I don't think I owe that bill because it didn't work, the procedure. So eye Care Center if you're reading this have someone call me. Plus I'm on SSDI and that's very limited income. And they require it to be paid in 6 months. Someone from the eye care center give me a call.

My grandmother went in for surgery this morning 2/14/19 at 730AM. After being taken back and 2 hours going by a nurse told the waiting room the Dr performing the surgery was running late and had yet to arrive. Once Dr.Gallows did arrive he told my grandmother he forgot to plug his phone in and his man cave was to dark to wake him. I understand this happens but when it's something as important as a surgery and now the DR is behind you have to wonder the quality you are getting and the surgery on her eye lids seems to show that not enough was removed from one eye. We will need to wait for healing to be sure. Then on top of that once they are finished a nurse bring the patient in this case an 80yr old women out with paperwork and thrusts them into the person who is transporting them home arms and goes back to work. You would think they would put them in a wheelchair and allow for a car to be pulled around given these people are coming off of anesthesia and are a fall risk. I would recommend looking for a different group for your eye care needs.

35 minute wait time, no biggie. The nurse was super nice. Dr. Searcy however was very rude and arrogant to my mother. Not professional at all!
