This is just about the perfect campsite. The views from the site are down the Rhine Valley towards Constance and are fabulous. Yes, there are lots of permanent pitches here but a good sprinkling of lovely grass pitches for tents and hard standing for motorhomes. Facilities are top quality & spotless as you might expect in Switzerland and kept so throughout the day. There is a lovely big pool, a shaded garden with loungers, table tennis and play area. The water quality was great too. Reception has a great bar and serves light snacks throughout the day. The seating area has the views down the valley. I just wish the kids were younger again and I could bring them here! If you are cycling the position is perfect for exploring the area and if you get tired – just jump on the train and it will bring you back to a station close to the campsite.
Family run, family friendly including pool and playground, very friendly efficient staff, lovely new bathroom / shower facilities, and very clean everywhere. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing camp ground with all the amenities And view of the lake. A must camping site and lot of activities for all ages.
Clean, organized. Went there in June and was pleasantly surprised with the pool water temperature. There is a pool for small children, too. Lovely views and located near the beautiful Stein am Rhein.
