A great institution aside from the woman taking care of toddlers and cannot learn their names. She has been working with them since June or July and cannot remember the names of the kids she’s been working with for months. She has to do surveys with the parents and doesn’t do it until a few hours before they’re due when she has multiple days notice. Then calls the parents and cannot pronounce the kids’ names. The facility is reputable and charges accordingly and this woman should not be allowed to handle children in a facility of these standards.

This is a lovely place right in Rogers Park. If you come visit, you will immediately feel comfortable bringing your kids here. I definately recommend. Great place in the neighborhood.
