The staff was wonderful from start to finish. The doctor and certified dental hygienist had very good mannerism and sense of humor. It also seems as if the team work among one another is very strong with frequent communication along with support for one another. I've had my share of dental providers and can not compare anyone else's service to this office. When COVID first began causing businesses to change their policies I was very upset that I was canceled for the practice to catch up on the initial cancelation, however regretted it after going to Valley Dental. Overall, I felt like I was treated well and everyone took their time with everything that needed to be done.

Dr. Cerise staff was friendly amd ver helpful. They answered all my questions and were very safe upon arrival and throughout the whole visit.I am nervous sometimes with new places but my experience was top notch. Highly recommend.

So after a couple months I had the experience of finally meeting the dentist himself, he delegates most of his work to the dental assistants. I am now less impressed with the dentist himself. Employees are way more professional than Dr.Cicero, he is very arrogant and misleading. When he finally arrived the disaster began. He turned out to be just another abusive dentist more interested in cash then quality. He fractured my upper jaw (maxilla) by removing two teeth causing a bony prominence what the oral surgeon has to cut back my gums to fix/grind down the bone to make my new teeth fit. This dentist is not qualified for proper removal of teeth or form fitting new teeth. Stay away, there are plenty of good dentist elsewhere. This guy told me 2 days and this whole mishap became 3 months plus another 3 months or so after the oral surgeon is done fixing the damage he did to my jaw. Run , run, run

Excellent practice. They are extremely careful in following CDC guidelines. The staff are caring and skilled. Dr. Cerio is top notch in my book.
