I couldn’t reply to my old post but too funny not to reply. If it takes this dealership 6months to reply to my previous post under Marc Peterzens, how long does it take them to answer a regular email? So also 6months? BMW Munich, pay attention to this dealer as they are hurting your brand. Certainly phones are not answered. As Michiel and a few other real not fake reviewers say below, never again! What a joke so have to go to other brands now.

Very professional and efficient
I have today complained about this dealership to Germany customer service (Kundenbetreeung in Munich) and asked them what to do in Algarve to get BMW service, do I have to drive to Seville to fix my car? I also told them my next car cannot be a BMW as the service here is absolutely horrifically bad. As Micheil Nijissen rightly says below , and many others here (I personally think 5 star and 4 star reviews are written by their employees), this is the worst dealer I have ever seen in my life owning many different and M and normal BMW cars. I used to get great service in UK, Ireland, Lux, Belgium,, Germany where I have lived, here, the most awful, disrespectful, not answering phone, dropping phone when calling 7 times call dropped 4x times, not answering any emails, rude, expensive.
