Horrific! I havent even used their service but they are non-responsive. I sent an email with a question 3 days before i needed a booking. No response received. Now it is 1 day before i need an airport transfer and the online booking is closed. I tried to call the number that is stated on the website. Number does not work. What service is that? PATHETIC!
