Recently decided to start a marine aquarium so had a trip to Fintasia . The young guy who works on the marine section could not be more helpful and went out of his way to give me good advise on areas I asked about. Very knowledgeable fella. The rest of the staff are all helpful and insightful. In summary a great place for all your fishy requirements and soon to be doing dog food too I believe. So win win .

Entered the hobby earlier this year with lots of help from Cliff. Younger guy has been really friendly and knowledgeable too. Excellent shop with lots of variety. All fish appear to be very well looked after! Hoping for later opening hours after lockdown to make it easier to come in on a weekday

We always use Fintasia for our fish tank supplies and fish stock. Never had a problem with what we’ve bought and staff are always so friendly and helpful! Today we visited to get some equipment for our new tank including an air stone. Neither of us have used one before but they kindly set it up for us ready to go in the tank when we get back. Thank you for your help, we couldn’t recommend you guys more and we will always be returning to Fintasia

Sadly I lost all but 3 fish (I brought 11 fish) from my trip here over a time of 2 weeks, I've never encountered anything like this before and it was such a shame as the shop was genuinely incredible and they even sell live food for fish (hence why it has two stars not just one) I did message about the first two fish that died the next day in the quarantine tank. However the response I got was basicly bring a water sample in today and we will replace them. I personally don't look at fish like that, they're little family members and whenever one passes I feel very sad whether that's because it's a betta and it was 5 years old or if it's just come through my door. Unfortunetly I couldn't get to the shop that day or the next so decided it was best to just not shop there again, I may have just had very bad luck but I've never lost a fish like this before never mind that many (I brought about 10/12 to go in three separate tanks that are cycled for the past year. What I will say is the three that have survived are very happy healthy fish so perhaps my luck was just down or they were over stressed but it seems odd that so many would pass so fast given the established tank and accumulation process being so careful.
