Sarahjane is an incredibly knowledgeable teacher. She is a total expert and has so much to offer. I have done a lot of body work for many years exploring yoga and crossfit and Sarahjane had much to teach me about breathing and accessing my true core in a way that is totally relevant to the female physic. Fascinating and very beneficial. She has also created a calm and welcoming centre. Highly recommended

Sarahjane helped me so much when I had suffered a back injury. She really cared and tried to fit me in around her classes. She gave me exercises to work on, not just to help recovery but ones I still use in my daily Yoga/exercise today. She would video me doing the exercises and record her instructions so that I could refer back to them. I am very grateful for her professional approach and attitude. Many thanks Sarahjane.
