I spoke with Ron the other day regarding my computer. I called in a frenzy, ready to buy a new computer. He suggested a simple fix (a new adapter cord), and said that if it didn’t work, he would pick up my computer, repair it and have it ready for me the next day. His customer service was above and beyond. His suggestion worked!!! He didn’t make a dime on me, and saved me so much money. I am so grateful. I will be a customer for life. Highly recommend. Honest, smart, kind, and very customer service oriented.

I am so impressed with this company. Ron Smith was in the area and picked up my computer. He installed a new hard drive and reinstalled my software. He even dropped my computer back off to me the next day. It does not get any better than FixThisPC. The cost for all of this was beyond fair. I will always call Ron for my computer needs. Honestly, I rolled my eyes a little when I saw the 5 stars. I mean, this is still the internet, so somebody has to say something bad, right? Well, maybe it'll be the next guy because this was 5 star service beginning to end. Fast, reasonably priced and done correctly. Can't recommend highly effort.
