Searching for jobs on line I Applied for The Food and beverage position that Galleria Woods has open. After a day or so Jeff Prince the HR Director contacted me and set up an interview for today at 1pm. I arrived to the facility around 12:30 pm ready for my interview I went to the front desk and asked for Jeff. He came to me and told me that i did not have the interview today. Looks like the lack of organization and dedication for his job made him forget about me coming to see him. Jeff did not try to apologize with me about him forgetting about it. He gave me an application to fill out and never came back. that was rude, inconsiderate and very disrespectful. If the seniors citizen that live in this facility are treated equal it make me very concern. It is a Shame that this guy call himself a HR Director

If I could, I would give it 0 stars because the receptionist, 'Kevin' barely acknowledg ed me as soon as I had entered through the front entrance. To be more specific, I was there to drop off a food delivery, approached him to ask how to get to the diner's room. Instead of him offering me assistance, he just stood there behind the front desk with a frown on his face. How did he get a job of that nature I wonder about because he's a very rude person!

They will tell you that if you buy in you will get lifetime care, but beware. I know people who lived there from the day it opened, bought in under the original owners and were told they had to leave when they could no longer pay the full amount for skilled nursing even though they had been promised lifetime care.
