time after time I have been let down by go north east. As a paying customer you expect good reliable service. you don't get that with Go North East. Instead you get buses that just don't come, inflated prices, the need to carry a passport or getting a 10 charge which feels like something straight out of a 20th century war movie. The service is shocking, people like me rely on these buses on a daily basis and when you're paying an extortionate amount you expect service that is good and reliable. Time after time I have been left stranded or been late to work because of Go North East. They really need to get their act together as a company, I feel sorry for those drivers that are lovely and down to earth but then again they are few and far between with who lack any sort of empathy plaguing the system.

The best bus company in the North East! Eye-catching liveries,very clean and modern fleet,and the staff are always clean,tidy ,happy and very helpful. A massive company with a local, community attitude. And best off all the prices are so competitive!
