Nice box to drop in at when travelling. Good focus on warm up and movement skills before wod. Would be nice to visit again. Members and staff welcoming.

Heel aangename crossfit vlakbij het centrum van Gent. Grote ruimte met al het nodige materiaal. Alles is er nog vrij nieuw (is nog maar 2 jaar open). Pieter en Eline geven heel goede trainingen met een oog voor de juiste houdingen en dergelijke bij de sporters. Top
