Stayed here for 1 night.We were upgraded to the Executive room which was very nice! Huge bed and all the amenities you would need.Breakfast was very good and our host,Markee was very accommodating! In a great location and would stay again!
Beautiful hotel in the center of Gent. Spotless room and very nice and helpful staff. We felt safe during Covid time and everyone had to wear the mask. The breakfast room was well organized, big variety of food and very clean. The parking under the hotel was 25 Euros for the day. Less positive was, as the room was really big, the air conditioning couldn't keep up cooling it right. During the showers the water changed from hot and cold from time to time. But nevertheless I will definitely recommend this nice hotel.

I think this was the worst hotel I’ve been my whole life!!! Can you imagine that they don't have room service you ask for a bottle of water and they told you to come & pick it up by yourself!!!! The kitchen is closed you can't ask for anything we are paying for those services and got nothing!!! I understand there are restrictions but that much!!!! It totally not acceptable

Very friendly staff! We had some issues with our initial room (some lamps and outlets didn't work) but we promptly got an upragde to a superior room. It did seem like the airconditioning couldn't handle the size of the room since our room just wouldn't cool down even though we put it at maximum force. They handled the covid-19 restrictions very well. For breakfast you had to fill in what you wanted the day before on a piece of paper, hand it in and choose a time slot on the app. The morning itself your breakfast is completely ready and you can just take it to your room! They put an extra table in the room so you can easily eat the breakfast or any potential takeaway food. The location was perfect, you're close to every major place in Ghent!
This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. Its in the middle of the old part of Gent with easy access to trams buses and boat tours. The castle is well worth a visit. The hotel its self have very good rooms and the food served caters for all needs, including guests with food allergies. For beer lovers and local cuisine you cant ho wrong....enjoy
