Go Mechanic is a big fraud, They have amateur mechanics with no knowledge or experience. I sent my car for service. After that I started facing bunch of problems in my car. AC was not working, They left air filter pipe opened etc. If you love your car dont give it to them for service, Specially unattended, They are going to take a city tour with your car.

Never Opt for their services. They will intentionally create several problems in your car so that they can extort some extra bucks for repairing from you. Also they dont have enough experienced technician available, Ultimately one will give up.

I did not have any issues at the service center. I was happy as the servicing was done in front of me. Also one specific point i forgot to address was it was mentioned that old parts would be returned to the customer(which eventually did not happen). Further, i m having some issues while driving (which i have mentioned on your call center yesterday ) , suddenly the engine light comes on for a second and it feels as if fuel supply is cut off and suddenly becones ok. This happened twice yesterday. I need some one to look in to this.

Got clutch overhaul for my car Hyundai fluidic Verna done at this place (unnati motors, Indirapuram). Very professional, timely delivery, good mechanics with special reference to both Imran and Mustafa who were very methodical. My clutch is now super smooth as butter just like new. Far better experience then last time at JMS automobiles , Sahibabad (Another Gomechanic workshop). A piece of advice for Gomechanic. Most of your workshops are good with good mechanics but only issue is the quality of spare parts used. First make sure your workshops are using spares provided by you only. 2nd is informed consent. When using spare parts always give options to customer whether using aftermarket, OES, and OEM parts. When using Aftermarket or OES parts , ensure that the service center is not charging more then the MRP on the spare part. I had bad experience with JMS automobiles who used Aftermarket brake pads from a company "Compo advics"without informing me and charged almost 3 times the MRP on the parts. On probing them they claimed that the price charged is less then the OEM brake pads. I definitely felt cheated

I didn't like , seems like no prior knowledge and experience about cars. I had to visit service centre 4 times just to resolve small issues and left over work.

Amazing service. Staff are well behaving and caring to our car. Very neat . After the wash my car does look like a new one shining like a sun!!!!. One of the best place for car service.
